In 1978, our founder Richard Haake began his career in Charlotte real estate by renovating residences in the Dilworth, Myers Park, and Foxcroft neighborhoods. Starting with a fellow classmate, he envisioned bringing together a select group of professionals to provide exceptional services. Since graduating from Queens College, Richard has been committed to that vision and worked diligently to form the Lionheart team.

Our Charity

Lionheart is a proud supporter of local communities. In 2018, we held our first annual fundraiser “Rockin’ for the Kids” to benefit A Child’s Place then again in 2019 and 2022 subsequently. It has been a phenomenal event and we would like to thank our host SouthBound along with Under Ground Detour for rockin’ the house!
